Lucy J. Cairns, M.D. , originates from rural western New York State . She is a graduate of Antioch College and the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She completed her training at the Scheie Eye Institute of the University of Pennsylvania . She provides medical and laser treatment as well as routine eye care for all ages. Dr. Cairns moved to Reading in 1991 and is currently living in Wyomissing with her two sons.
